Out of Thin Air • Bill Edmondson

Dizzied to be this high
I’ve been making the argument:
Sugar says I love you every time
She counters with vegetables
We’re both laughing and I see
Her skin’s become translucent
Veins on the back of her wrist     hand
Streams seen from miles above
As I start to fall

Bill has poems in or accepted by Field, Fugue,
Confrontation, Silk Road, The Hollins Critic
and other magazines.
